I was having problems with my outside security light going off and on. I would forget about it until I was counting on the illumination and it would go off and of course that would be after everyone at OEC had gone home. However on Labor Day I was on the website paying my bill and saw the option to ask a question. Much to my surprise the very next morning OEC was there installing a brand new light! They were very helpful having to switch from og&e to oec. Very simple process. But they went above and beyond when I had to switch apartments 3 days later and they helped with no reconnect fee due to no fault of my own. Opening an account with them was the easiest process of my move!
