I called to have a new meter put in and you're associate showed up within 1.5 hrs. He was a super nice guy. He also put a bulb in our security light so you're other crew wouldn't have to make a trip. I emailed OEC that my outdoor/streetlight was out, and in just a couple of days I noticed it was replaced with a new LED light and fixture. It couldn't have been any easier.
