Very goody and efficient
My installer was Cody Anderson. He was outstanding: polite, professional, and good to collaborate with (we discussed a couple of locations for the install). Great guy.
The tech who came out to install it was professional, knowledgeable and timely. We got a call from OEC the next morning when they noticed our speed wasn’t what it should have been. They sent someone out right away to fix it
Professional install. Easy
Quick and minimal fuss. Previous provider had to send a whole team of people multiple times over the course of a month just to establish access within the home. OEC Fiber sent one well-trained professional who finished early in one appointment. (Other professionals came out to bury the line and set up the box outside but this was completed independently). No contract, one box for modem and wifi, very satisfied.
Service all around was great the internet speed is fantastic, can't wait to be able to take part in OEC television service.
