When they installed the line, the guy cut the electric line to our water well. We had to fix it.

Good morning Catherine, I have reached out to our construction team about this issue.
Took about a month to get fiber at the house once I put in the request. Main issue was it was about 1,500 ft and when the installed the tubing there was no pull string. They tried many time but had to install a new line. Once the line was to the house the next two crews had everything completed the next day. Very, very satisfied with the performance of the internet , it was the long wait time once the request was in that was disappointing.
