Derek and Deshawn did a great job installing our equipment. They were very professional and friendly and everything was up and running before they left except the phone. It was supposed to turned on at 8:30 AM the next morning, but wouldn't you know, it wasn't. Called and got it going by 2:00 PM. Still a few glitches with the TV, that I'm sure will be corrected in the future. All in all pretty happy with everything.
Said 4-6 weeks and it was only 10 days! Oec customer service is top of the line. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
They explained the process so we would know what to expect. We were told 4-6 weeks but install was done in 3 weeks and we are very happy with the performance of our internet service. Amazing customer service!

Did excellent, signed up and within two days y’all already had the line buried, all in total took only about a week to get it going, & everybody that came was very helpful and nice.
From the time I call to the time it was all installed was pretty quick. All of the people involved were very respectful and helpful. The speeds that I am getting are amazing it was pretty fast with all of it wireless but when I hard wired the modem to the computer speeds went through the roof I am now getting 900 on the download and 940 on the upload, I am very pleased
Very smooth process. Love the speed! Had a minor problem with the extender, but level 2 did a great job of working the issue. I believe Kyle was his name, but not positive.
Installer was very detailed and knowledgeable. Install took about 2 hours and system has worked better than expected. Very happy
Great. Techs As always were wonderful. Had a couple of kinks that were worked out that same day I am in the learning mode for new email. I have waited for this opportunity since moved here in 1988. A big thank especially to my techs we older folks don’t speak computer talk They were helpful and patience. Igreatly appreciated. Thanks for everyone that helped with this project
