Easy to schedule my appointment and friendly staff!
Excellent staff, very helpful via phone or in person. Only problem was the1-hour wait beyond appointment time (for covid test) and day-delay in posting test result. Told I was triaged to give others higher priority than my test and delay also caused late posting. I found the doctor helpful. She gave me information and answered some of my questions about my injury. She sent me out with a packet of general information about bruised ribs - also helpful. I would have liked a copy of her report after I first got home but now I see that I could connect to a web site for that information. But I am feeling much better and do not need the information at this point.
I was called into the exam room at the exact time of my appointment. It took a while for the physician to see me, but the place was so busy I'm suprised that it didn't take longer. My lab results were available online quickly, and my providers were kind, professional, and efficient.
Short wait time, very thorough and great follow up on labs
