I came in for COVID testing after receiving a negative Rapid Antigen test. I got lots of good information from the nurse and PA, what to expect if I was positive. The PA called me that evening to tell me so was positive and answered more questions. They did a great job of alleviating my fears. I immediately sent my husband, coworkers a d friends in for testing. They received the same great care. I would not hesitate to go here again for any medical need I have.
Offered prompt and systematic services. Provided me with an appointment time for PCR - RT covid test for my international travel. When I arrived for my appointment, my nasal swab specimen was collected and then was seen by a provider. Later that same day received results and written computer printouts to carry with me during travel. I’m impressed with their timely organization and professionalism.
The doctors were excellent! They consultated each other withought pride os guilt. The proccedure3 preformed was intricate and tedious but the dr handled it with care and precission. I feel it was handled better than the ER at the hospital.
I was able to get in and get a COVID-19 test within an hour. They provided timely competent care.
Great , very fast as well as professional approach to the patient by urgent care staff. I was very pleasantly surprised how efficient the communication process was via phone call/was able to talk to a live person and have my questions quickly resolved.
All the staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs!
