The first pa was fast. Sad. Had someone in the room who attempted to look in my ears. That was worse. The second time was better. He spoke to me. Not at me. A little caring goes along way.
A huge thank you to Lisa and the whole Health First UC staff and their team for getting our pre travel COVID test done so quickly and accommodating the consulate's strict Pre-Travel timeline requirements. I am immensely grateful and it was very hard to find other clinics in the area that could turn around test results in such a quick time frame, and many of the local ones that have been able to in the past were entirely unresponsive and difficult to work with. Every staff member we dealt with, from the man who took our insurance cards to the Doctors were very warm, kind, and professional. I’ll continue to use them for my family’s urgent care needs in the future.
