I was extremely impressed. My doctor was very knowledgeable and competent. More importantly, she really cared about me. Even though this was a virtual doctor visit, I believe it couldn’t have been much better if I were with my doctor in person. God Bless You!
Response time and information was very fast.Able to get my problem under control in a timely manner
The office keeps to the schedule pretty well. It used to be hard to get through on the phone, with long wait times, but that seems to have improved. Dr Fiel is a good listener and has balanced responses; he has a good bed-side manner and is easy to deal with. His office can take care of several concerns without necessarily needing to go elsewhere: LabCorp in house; sports medicine; basic dermatology, female physician's assistant for female exams.
