Phlebotomist is fabulous!
Everyone is great at this office. However, I had few issues during my last few visits. I scheduled an Appt for blood tests for my physical and the wrong tests were performed. I had to get my blood drawn again. One of my Rxs was not covered. My insurance provided an alternative. I called the office with the alternative but the office never called back or ordered the alternative.
Good communication
I have been seeing Dr Fiels for over 5 years and he is a super Doctor , his PA’s see super as well ! I saw Daniele and she super very professional and was concerned about what my needs were.
Service and staff was great, couldn't ask for better. Courteous, conscientious, professional and knowledgeable. Only wish wait of over one half hour could be reduced in the future.
Great job. PA, Claire R is always spot on with patient beside manner. Has the ability to connect with interest of my unique needs. Staff assistants model the behaviors of Dr Fiels expectations of patents health and well-being
