Staff is really great, friendly and efficient. Doctor showed much concern and compassion about my condition upon arrival. Office is very clean and sanitized. They are the best Urgent Care in the area.
From entrance to exit the team provided a great experience! From two at the main desk, the x-ray tech and the PA - everyone worked together; were empathetic and compassionate. The PA was extremely kind, kept checking on me due to the results and outcome of my knee x-ray - at one point she came in just to check on me because I was crying and in shock. Her compassion was clearly evident. Ben at the front desk was very engaging, they even gave me a bottle of water and made sure I was safe while I waited. Thanks for everything!
They got me right in, ran the necessary tests, referred me to a specialist and filled my prescription. I was out within an hour. Everyone was super friendly and professional.
