I was able to be seen within 10 minutes and all the staff and Doctors were extremely friendly and nice. Will definitely return when needed
I signed up for an appointment through my chart at TGH and arrived at my appointment early . I sat for 3 1/2 hours after my appointment time before I was called back. The online process is the worst I’ve ever seen. It should not give you an appointment time request but tell you just go sit in line. The front desk receptionist were phenomenal and great. Everybody I saw while they were great. The only issue is the system.
Super staff we were very pleased with the service. It probably helped that there were only a couple of people in the waiting area
Good experience- the receptionist and doctor were both helpful, knowledgeable, effective and efficient. Would definitely return if I need urgent care in the future.
