I was a Walk-in for an ear infection. I had to wait 2 hours, but one never knows how long it'll take when using a Walk-in facility. Unfortunately for me, there was an onslaught of people in for COV19 testing which backed up the practice. Once I was in the Triage area and saw the ARNP, I was taken care of quickly and efficiently and was on my way to healing!
The wait was short and the staff polite and efficient.
Although I had scheduled COVID testing several days in advance, the actual time seen was yours after scheduled time. Fast Track was an oxymoron!
