Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Wait time was not long. Staff were very helpful. Had a bad cough and one of the staff came out to check my oxygen level. I thought that was so nice that she was concerned. I was given information that was very helpful, for my treatment!
Very brief meeting before referral to another care giver
Very efficient, Organized.
My experience was to be expected during a busy cold and flu season, the wait was long but I received care. One suggestion, please remove the small decorative metal nesting tables from the waiting room. Children enjoy playing with them but when a person is sick hearing the tables drag across the floor is the last thing they want to hear. Not blaming the children, the parents or your office, just making a suggestion. Thank you.
Sports physical. Dr. was thorough and asked questions. Easy for school requirements.
The front desk staff person was very helpful and patient with me while helping me check in. The clinical staff was very kind and considerate and gave me the tools I need to get well. There weren't too many people at the clinic when I went in, so I was seen within a few minutes and home within an hour.
The process was easy. The provider knowledgeable. I was impress with the technology used to help diagnose my problem.
