Can the staff be professional AND personable? YES! This was my 4th visit to the Seminole location and impressed by the care and attention paid to my by the entire staff! From check-in to check-out they sincerely strive to help you and please you! Grace ushered me from room to room and various testing with explanations and complete attentiveness that put me at ease. This was my first experience with TGH Urgent Care. Beautiful, clean facility. From the receptionist to the doctor visit, all were pleasant, professional and informational. I was quite impressed with the caliber of service there.
My family and I have used Fast Track Urgent Care for our family's health needs for several years. We often go here, rather than a primary care doctor, as we can see someone quickly (they really are fast!) and the service from all we've interacted with, staff and providers, is amazing. Thank you FTUC for providing such a critical service to our community with such care!
