This was the only place that could give me a Covid test within a reasonable time. Cait B, CCMA was the triage nurse. She was great, super kind, and helpful. Also the gentleman who administered the test was quick and efficient.
Wait time too long! Need to advise patient of approximate wait time when they sign in. You need to devise a system to be able to contact the patient when their turn is coming up so that they do not have to sit in your waiting room with other sick people for two hours before being seen.. Once seen all was fine staff did a good job!
Everyone was very caring and patience with my mother (who is 99 yrs old). Although they ended up sending us to ER, they were very helpful. Kudos to the whole staff!

Staff was amazing, receptionist were very kind and helpful and nurses were very caring and attentive to my needs…this is my second visit to this location and will only use this urgent care location due to the professionalism and experience
