I went to the TGH Urgent Care Clinic at Riverview, FL on 16 Nov 21 for CV-19 and Flu testing. The clinic was clean, the staff was courteous and professional. All nurses, service personnel, assistants and Doctors were amazing!! The highest level of quality and dedication to patient care and well-being is their commitment! I can't be thankful enough to Ashley in pre op, Sabrina and Sara on ICU, April during the night shift and Cyndi and Alex during day shift for their outstanding help, support and dedication. The staff was very helpful and so polite.
Was checked in right away got called to back fast The Dr was awesome very knowledgeable great customer service explained the process didnt seem to rush thru the interview took his time with me and made me feel comfortable the staff was professional and nice the front desk clerk was very polite and attentative n explain the process even at check out what the steps are .... Great staff n Doctor was very nice

Very sensitive to my needs, kind and helpful each person from admissions to transporters to surgeon to nurse to anesthesiology to imaging they made everything better in a difficult situation
Nurse and practitioner were kind and compassionate and thorough.
