I did not have to wait a long time to be seen by the PA. There were many necessary forms to complete initially . The PA was friendly, focused, Un-rushed and detailed in questioning me about the health concern which was the basis for my visit. She was knowledgeable and provided very clear directions on how to use the prescribed medication. This location will be my go-to place for Urgent health care.
Very efficient front office. Wait was minimal and seeing the dr was also a minimal wait. Saw three of us in an efficient-manner. Actually had brought my two grandchildren to be seen but the nurse thought I needed attention and took charge of getting me in the system,even as the Dr was examining me.! Thank you for being aware and caring and efficient. Also , everyone was so pleasant.
