My experience was quick and easy. Staff was polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
Although the service was good, the wait time was wayy too long, I had to take a drug test and it took me over 3 hours just to get in with the doctor. Other people in the waiting room we’re getting fed up with this and should be more quick with their response.
The NP I saw was wonderful. She answered all my questions and reassured Me about my situation. Great experience.

I made an appointment and was taken back immediately. The staff was very pleasant and the doctor was thorough, explained her diagnosis and answered all my questions. I have a complaint from a former visit. I never received a bill or received a phone call about a payment until I received a bill from a collection agency. I have no information on the bill after requesting several times for a statement. I pay my bills immediately upon receipt and I am not paying until I get a statement from urgent care.
