Easy check in, good communication with me… did not fully understand my allergies until I repeated it several times and they questioned me further. Other than that… ALL was great.

The last 2 visits have been a bit confusing. Today I was given a report that was dated 3/13/21. When I called for clarification I talked to someone who was mot located at the facility I had visited today. Very disappointing. Questions that I had were not answered to my satisfaction. It is frustrating to try to contact t by phone because the calls go to some central number and not to the facility I had my appt with. Phone waits are ridiculously long. This is not what it was when I first started going there.
I ran out of an addictive medication and although you couldn’t help me I felt better after visiting. I needed a prescription. I would go back. They even called a few days later to see how I was doing.
My test for pre-op report was completed.
