I got in to see the dr in a timely manner. Office staff, nurse, and dr were all friendly and helpful.

The people at the Westchase location are very nice, although there is some inefficiency. I would have liked to have left with a CD with my x ray, but someone was being trained to do it and it was taking way too long. The x ray was misread. I made a return trip for a boot, having been told that I had a foot fracture. Subsequently, my podiatrist took his own x ray and saw a bone spur instead. Quick and easy
Was greeted very professionally. Place was convenient and very clean.
It was fast and efficient. I appreciate having this type care available. Maybe have a way for existing patients of Tampa General Medical to bypass the payment process. I wasn’t sure if it was charged to my credit card, or my insurance on file. My insurance covers the entire appointment.
Easy scheduling, fast check-in, competent medical team
I was there for post covid symptoms. The staff was very friendly, professional, and caring. Holly Wilson has a great bedside manner. They explained everything in detail. I am feeling 90% better after a week. I would recommend that urgent care to anyone, and would definitely go back there if I ever needed treatment.
