It was perfect! The only thing I highly recommend changing is the card instructions on how to get to your destination in the building, given to visitors when you enter the hospital. It was like interpreting a riddle. With the stress of a surgery coming up, it was either a matter to laugh or cry about. Thanks to my husbands charm we decided to laugh! It was just ridiculous. I had a great experience. Jessie Hemric was excellent. I was there with flu symptoms and she thoroughly examined me. She even caught an issue with my heart skipping a beat. Her disposition was kind and empathetic. She is a true gem there at the urgent care center.
