Attentive and quality care.
Easy to be seen with appt in advance. Sadly the x-ray person called in sick, so had to go to another location for that. PA did a good job of finding just the right splint.
Once in the exam room, my condition was quickly assessed, options presented and we quickly went to the Emergency Room.
I saw Holly Wilson earlier this week. She and her medical assistant, Grace, were amazing. Grace was very kind and conscious when giving the Covid test and when I received a shot - making sure I was comfortable. Holly was very personable and helpful.
Friendly, effecient, went out of the way to help me, minimal wait. Nick Dolan helped me.
The care was great thank you to the nurses Kelsey, Tracy and Raymond. And to Dr Matar outstanding so professional and a wonderful bedside manner I felt so comfortable. Thank you Dr Matar
The treatment I received was terrific and solved my problem. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and concerned abut my care. I wish you were using the 'EPIC' software to facilitate the registration process since many TGH patients are ready entered into that system.
Everyone had a positive attitude. They were knowledgeable. They are great on returning phone calls regarding test results. The only issue is the time it took to call the office. I will always go back to this Fast Track as I have done in the past.
