Easy to make online appointment. Everyone was friendly and caring. I felt like I was a “person” at TGH instead of being just another number. PA-C Hannah Robinson was the best! She has a happy attitude, is respectful, listens to the patient. I felt that she truly cared about me. Thank you!
Did an awesome job and let me know that they were unable to take care of me. It was best that I go to the hospital where there was equipments that will tell me what was wrong. Thank God I listen and went to the hospital. I was admitted and release the following day. Thank you Urgent Care for advising. I am doing much better now.
I was experiencing abdominal pain. Dr. Diana and her assistant were Very patient and gentle. Urine was taken and Dr. Diana referred me for X-rays at the Advent emergency room on Sheldon. Dr Atez and nurse Hussain took me in right away and determined I needed to have emergency appendicitis surgery. I’m very grateful to both medical facilities for their calm and professional manner. No waiting. A very kind young lady administered the nasal swab test. Test went quickly and efficiently.
Thank you for treating my nose infection. Coming recently from India, i was worried about the swelling on my nose and thought it could be post covid symptom. The doctor in charge diagnosed it correctly and i have very good progress in recovery. Many thanks to the doctor and TGH for taking care of my health.
