Leah Lizard is da bomb— she diagnosed my condition when a much more experienced doctor misdiagnosed 2days earlier
The staff was A+ and has been every time. One thing i didn't like was asking for a credit card that you are not going to charge. Seems ridiculous and I drain my account as soon as my retirement is deposited. You charge it and it is a major problem. I am a victim of identity theft and I don't want money in my account for them to steal again. Also I don't know what to say about the PA. Everybody else A+
I don't understand why debit cards aren't accepted. I waited 2.5 hours to see someone. Otherwise, the staff was great.
I was seen to right away. The office staff and nurses were all kind and reassuring. The PA was very kind also and knowledgeable. she sent my urine to the lab but also followed up with me on my chart and more importantly informed me of the type of bacteria that was present and she replied to me when i asked questions. The other walk in clinic i had previously gone to in Sarasota did not give me full information and i had to call them. I trust TGH. Thank you.

All was ok
We were seen quickly. Husband had back pain and was diagnosed with kidney stone. Went to VA next day and did CT. It was a muscle strain.
