Very kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs urgent care.
From the nurses, doctors were great , explained what was going to happen.. The hospital was very clean.
I called ahead to reserve a time slot. I spent about 10 minutes completing new patient paperwork and saw the nurse practioner right away. The staff was kind and knowledgable. I will definitely go here again if the need arises.

The waiting time with an appointment was 30 minutes. There were a couple of emergency lacerations so I understand . Everyone was very nice and professional. The Physician Assistant was especially kind and helpful …lots of information given.
I had a nasty laceration on my forehead that needed prompt attention. Staff provided quick assessment and followed with necessary stitches in a very short period of time. This was a serious injury and I was glad it could be handled at the facility.
I had to get a COVID test for an upcoming procedure. I arrived on time for my appointment, there was no line and I was in and out in five minutes. It was great.
The call was great. The representative listened to my concerns and sensed the urgency I had to see someone soon and went through iterations of searches to find a good fit in physician and availability, all while being patient, kind, and professional.
