Office staff was polite and efficient. Our doc was fantastic! He did a thorough exam of my kiddos ears, and was very gentle, with his sore ears. He went above and beyond the next day, when I called in a panic, he called me back within ten minutes, calmed me down, and prescribed another medication that would help. Will recommend!
