I was welcomed professionally, I was seen quick and the Doctor was very attentive to my concerns and injury.
Everything about TGH was above and beyond. They did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. All of the staff were very attentive and made me feel confident that I was doing well. They were all kind and gentle when administering any shots or meds. they were helpful and encouraging every step of the way.
Things went pretty well. I did t have to wait too long. The staff was so kind and patient. They answered all my questions and I liked the way the doctor came right out and talked to my wife about everything.
I immediately felt listened to; nurse took my history and explanation of my problem; physician followed with an exam, and checked out the problem. Soon, he returned with information about the cause of my problem, and the recommended treatment, which I consented to have. Treatment was prompt with excellently trained staff. Physician went over discharge instructions, and medication prescription. Thoroughly appreciated your caring.
My family and I are new to the state of Florida and needed to get a Physical so my child can be enrolled in school. Fast track Urgent Care has the most pleasant and friendly staff. Thank you for your hospitality. Keep up the good work.
I actually like going to the Fast Track MORE then to my primary doctor. There is very little wait time. Everyone is always so nice and plesant.
