The staff are good ,they try to help to solve the problem.I still disappoint with the lack of communication.The incident on SatOct29 I was advised to go to Brandon urgent care for pre op Covid-19 test.I live in South Tampa,which is closer to TGH urgent care on Gandy.I went to Gandy few days before to check if they can do the swab for me on Saturday.The receptionist sent the text messege to Brandon site,and said someone would call me.I did not hear from them.Since I have an appointment in Jacksonville on 11/29.Iwent to Brando... read more

Everyone was wonderful very efficient very cordial very attentive
My experience was great. Short wait time, professional and kind employees. Took time to listen to why I was there and then took time to explain the outcome. Followed up to see if I was ok.
All the staff were very professional and efficient. However, I feel that the information that I received among the three entities; TGH, USF and FAST TRACK was disjointed. Instructions for getting my COVID test were contradictory in some respects. I was just told to go anytime between 8:00 and 13:00, but I was also told me to wait for an appointment. Dr. Tabor not only scheduled surgery even before knowing if my insurance would cover it, but he also allowed me to stay overnight for observation until anesthesia wore off, which allowed me to drive myself to surgery. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to get there.
