From the first nurse Hillary at Pre Op to Sophie my RN this hospital and staff were absolutely wonderful, professional, and caring. They took care of me from beginning to end with the upmost respect. Thank you Tampa General.

My experience was great. Short wait time, professional and kind employees. Took time to listen to why I was there and then took time to explain the outcome. Followed up to see if I was ok.
All the staff were very professional and efficient. However, I feel that the information that I received among the three entities; TGH, USF and FAST TRACK was disjointed. Instructions for getting my COVID test were contradictory in some respects. I was just told to go anytime between 8:00 and 13:00, but I was also told me to wait for an appointment.
