I had a phenomenal experience at TGH Urgent Care. I had to go in for an unscheduled pre-employment exam; and was feeling a little apprehensive as I haven’t had one in a loooong time. But the nurse and PA and even the receptionist were so kind and attentive. I’m usually very uptight when receiving care but this experience made me feel at ease. I would recommend TGH Urgent Care Wesley Chapel for all of your urgent care needs.
I had to wait a little longer than my appointment time but as soon as I was taken in, I was taken cared of right away. It was also easy to get an appointment using the site. Both the nurse and Dr Collins were very attentive to my pain level.
Service is always great. The wait time with an appointment is always frustrating. I realize you get walk ins but if you offer scheduling an appointment options walk ins should not trump them unless the appointment is late. Waiting 40 minutes past an appointment time just doesn’t seem right.

The receptionist was great. The time between checking in and being seen was about 30-40 min. Was in pain so it felt like a long time. AP was nice. Need to explain the diagnosis a little better. Overall good visit. In and out 1 and half hours.
Quick and efficient experience and all staff seemed very knowledgeable.
Need improvements on the following: - Front desk Assistants need to be compassionate, friendly to incoming patients that are sick and vulnerable. - Improve on waiting time even for walk-ins. There were only three of us waiting to be seen, front staff, back physicians and nurses were there but yet we were waiting and waiting…
