My experience was excellent. This was my second visit to your facility. The staff was friendly and competent. They took care of my issue right away. A friend of ours who had been treated by you had recommended you to me. I also have referred others to you. Thank you so much!
It went very smooth. Reception was quick, the young girl was friendly, same with the triage nurse. She was informative and helpful. The nurse practitioner addressed my concern, answered my questions and explained in detail what I should do. Even though I was miserable, they made the visit go well.
Your team of receptionist, nurse, and attending PA were excellent. I really felt like they cared, and were very knowledgeable. My foot is progressing, thanks to Jeremy and the nurse! I will advise people to use your facility. Thank you!
