The receptionist was prompt with a greeting and taking my information. After completing paperwork, I was seen by a nurse for intake/vitals within 5 minutes and then seated in a treatment room to wait for the practitioner (who was a ARNP on this visit, not an MD). Very efficient. Did not have to wait but a few minutes before I was seen. Dr. very professional and all ancillary staff was also very professional and kind.
Great experience, considering. The ladies at the front check in were very sweet, triage nurse (or whoever the person is that takes your vitals) was very nice, and the Dr and trainee themselves were very understanding and worked with me phobia!!! Lol
