At first, I was "side-eyed" by reception because I think my question was misunderstood...and left the instant impression that I did not have health insurance. My visit was through an insurance claim from a car accident. So, when he asked for my insurance card I questioned it. Then, I explained my situation and his demeanor changed. Hate to be that pt needing care and they dont hv insurance...kind of sad. Aside from that, the DR was thorough and professional. My check out experience was pleasant, too.
