This was my second visit to Fast Track Urgent Care, both times the office staff is friendly, polite and efficient. The nurses are very professional and friendly and efficient. I had Dr Nicole Frommann, both visits, she is very professional, gentle and friendly. Listens intently and asks the necessary questions. The office and exam rooms were extremely clean and the environment welcoming. The wait time, for both my visit, was very short. A very positive experience!
I have been several times at this facility. Front desk agents very pleasantt and welcoming. The P.A was excellent ! Fortunately it was not very busy, So was abled to be checked in very quickly. It is great to have this facility So accessible..
They took great care of me, highly recommend them!
Why you let people make appointments online is beyond me because I did and they took everyone in the order they came in so I waited over an hour to be seen. Secondly, after I was seen I paid my co-pay and proceeded to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they never got it. Fax or electronic. I tried to call from the pharmacy to Fast track to let them know so I could get it and all I got was a recording that said I couldnt leave a message because the mailbox was full and it hung up. Was she in a timely manner. They took great care of my daughter. We’ve always had a good experience each visit we’ve had .
They made me feel like I went there for no reason. I guess I should have just went to a primary dr. My fault.
It was quick and efficient

The doctor was wonderful! However the wait time left something to be desired... 1.5 hrs before I saw doctor.
