Care was good, but staff acted like it was a big inconvenience that I showed up :-/

Have always liked and enjoyed my visits. Staff very nice.
Always receive great care from the knowledgeable PAs and Doctors.
Came in concerned I may have sprained my hand or torn a tendon. After examining my hand, the doctor assured me it didn't feel broken or torn and may just need rest, support, ice and ibuprofen. She pulled out a nice splint and advised how to take care of it, and to come back if it didn't improve in a few days. This was Wednesday evening. After support and following instructions, here it is Friday and my hand seems to be back to normal. Still taking it easy, but very happy with the results.
Seen quickly. Staff was attentive and friendly. Very convenient. Clean and nicely kept office.
Do to my condition(s) and upper chest pressure and pain, as well as a possible urinary track infection, the doctor did take a sample of urine but did not draw blood. According to Cardiologists, drawing blood and having it analyzed will tell more about the problems the person is having, even if it is multiple problems. This doctor did NOT draw blood.
