Marie was awesome! The nurse practitioner also took great care. We were in and out.
When I go to Fast Track in Riverview I get top notch care from the minute I step in until I leave. Calling the number to make an appointment or check on a referral is a completely different experience. I always get the same lady with the worse attitude. I had to tell her to once to please calm down. She assured me she had no problem even though everybody in the car with me wondered why she was so agitated. My experience was great
Office is clean; staff is efficient and friendly from the time you walk in to the time you exit. All are knowledgeable and I trust the nurses and doctors.
I went to Fast Track because my daughter's foot hurt and her pediatrician doesn't have an x-ray machine. Fast Track took us right away, exam my daughter and we were out the door in 40 min. My other choice would have been to go to the pediatrician and get a referral to then go see a specialist, or wait until the evening when the Pediatrics After Care opened. Very professional staff are very nice and informative. No wait time...was seen immediately.
No waiting, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment.
The office was very busy, but ended up moving pretty well. Was there about 1.5 total. I’m from out of state here on vacation, was pleased with the service an the doctor.
