The facility was difficult to get into because the only ramp was several stores away in the strip shopping center. The staff made no effort to help when we went to the door that used to be the entrance. Then the exam table was too high for an elderly person with mobility issues. We had to leave and go to Trinity ER right down the road. I was transferred to the hospital by ambulance and admitted to the ICU for heart block 2. This is the fourth time I’ve used Gandy Fast Track and I really like it. It’s very clean and modern, staff at all levels are patient and friendly, and the wait is never overly long. I’ve always received great care and so far the visits have resolved the problem effectively. It was packed on this last visit, but staff remained friendly and efficient. I like that If prescribed medicine, it happens electronically and typically that speeds up any wait time. I wish they did primary care here, I’d rather visit here than any PCP ... read more
