I had to wait about 2 1/2 hrs before I was seen I did call an hour prior to schedule the appointment, they said in that way I can be seen faster
I got there with severe pain in my lower right abdomen knowing I had apendicitis and the lady at the counter refused to attend me when I told her my insurance had already talked to them to set up my appointment. She said my insurance had not called nor faxed anything when they had already and made me wait for an hour and a half while I was still in pain just to tell me that they had faxed everything since I got there. Quick and professional service
It’s convenient when you need to see a doctor after hours. I waited about an hour and a half total — there aren’t enough doctors to see all of the patients when it’s cold and flu season. My scripts were called into the wrong pharmacy. I double checked and had them change the pharmacy before I left — so, I don’t know why they had me fill out my pharmacy if they were going to put in the wrong one and then argue with me about it like I didn’t know what I had written on a sheet of paper an hour earlier. The front desk was nice and prompt. Dr Wehr was great with my daughter and had a sense of humor which was nice. He explained everything in detail and did a good job. He wasn’t rushing us in and out which I appreciated. We would absolutely go back.

I have not visited an Urgent Care as this one! They are phenomenal to say the least. I was seen by Sydnee who was not hurried at all, took the time with me to explain my meds she prescribed and what to expect! I highly recommended them!
