PA Jennifer and nurse Gary were awesome, very thorough and compassionate. Up front staff great also. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we are from out of state and thus our insurance is not contracted with Fast Track, and Fast Track will not bill my insurance (which would of instantly paid the bill as we are covered for Urgent Care around the World with any provider). So, we had to pay out of pocket, a dis service to needy travelers in my opinion.
The process moved along reasonably well from the time the nurse or technician took my vital signs and the physician assistant examined me, told me her conclusions, and called in my prescription. She was very professional and answered any questions. I have been on the medications for two days now and I am starting to feel better.
Went because I was experiencing some cold/flulike symptoms. Told the doctor I had Crohn's Disease. He was very dismissive of everything I had to say. He gave me a prescriptio. For some cough syrup. When I got home and looked at the ingredients I found I cannot have this medicine because one of the ingredients reacts with my Crohn's. I called back and they said the doctor would get back to me about a substitute prescription. I have called back every day since and haven't gotten it fixed or heard from anyone. Everyone was so professional, friendly and caring.ifelt comfortable in their care. Dr.Ohlin was great and diagnosed the problem immediately.
