I was very disappointed . Firstable their prices are higher than every other urgent clinic in this area secondly I doubt of the skill or training of some staff members as the person who walked in the room first didn’t identify himself and had no name or profession tag on his scrubs also performance wise was barely trying to do some vital checks . Wait was long on a weekend
Quick & efficient service
Walked in Sunday about noon, no other patients waiting. Front staff was courteous and efficient. Was taken to the back for exam just as I was completing the paperwork. Nurse was courteous and then I waited just a few minutes in the exam room before the PA came in and we talked about my symptoms and she concurred with what I expected and she explained the prescription she was calling into my pharmacy. The facility look super clean. Everything about my care there was great.
Very nice folks. The PA (physician's assistant) was friendly, really listened to my issues, and went above board to get them resolved.
Good bedside manner and got me out quickly. Only gave a 4 because I still waited an hour with an appointment. It wasn't because of filling out paperwork. I pulled them from online and came with them all filled out.
I made an appointment but still waited close to an hour to be seen. I am not a fan of their policy of requiring a credit card on file. I did not receive a statement or bill checking out letting me know how much my visit was going to be just that they would charge my credit card in a few weeks. I will not be back.
Everyone from front desk to the PA were absolutely awesome!! Very nice and friendly.
