Efficient check in, although still waited 1 hour to be seen even after setting up my time on line and filling out the new patient and intake form in advance and bringing my medical history with me. Everyone was very nice and the physician’s assistant was excellent.
PA was very thorough and extremely great with kids!
2 hours is not urgent due to you only having 1 tech working- front desk staff very unprofessional. Credit card on file so you don't know how much you are being charged for 4-6 weeks- that is just great

Fast Track is a great option for quick care, particularly if you use the scheduling system. I will admit, however, that the experience did feel impersonal; rushed. I suppose that is the trade off for fast service. That isn't bad by any means, just worth noting and why a five star rating wasn't received. Overall I am satisfied with the service.
This was my first time here. I loved that I could schedule an appointment at a walk-in clinic. The doctor was very nice and I was in and out of the office in 40 minutes. It was a Great experience!
Fast and easy
The nurse practitioner who I saw was wonderful. She was thorough, patient and very informative. I will definitely use this office again. Only negative was the person who was in charge of the desk was constantly eating while she was helping patients and it didn't portray a very professional image.
30-40 minute wait time- hour and a half later I ask when I might be seen and was told sorry we only have one tech working. If they would have said that upon arrival I would have made a decision to go elsewhere that was actually urgent
