Busy office when I presented but the staff moved efficiently and I was treated in good time. Attending was thorough and thoughtful. Tech who injected me was kind and funny.

The nurse and PA were very nice and attentive and the service was very quick. However, I was concerned about my wound a couple days after and spoke to a woman at the front desk. My wound was getting worse, despite the antibiotics, so I wanted to speak with someone about next steps. She told me in a condescending tone that the notes said to take the antibiotics for 5 days and THEN if it's still bad to call. Feeling better.Quick and easy
Nice facility and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. I have a feeling though that doctors are not on site on the weekends. I went on a Sunday, but they do have a genuine concern for your health and follow up with the chosen course of action.
So friendly and helpful!! We had an issue with our insurance and the receptionist spent 15 minutes on the phone with our insurance company sorting it out. I would highly recommend!
