Customer service was excellent!! The PA was AMAZING!!! would recommend anyone and everyone to Fast Track Urgent Care. The follow up phone call from the PA made us feel that we mattered, that someone cares and loves what they do. Thank you all for the superb service!!!
The team at Fastrac took care of me in a proper and prompt way.
The doctor got the diagnosis wrong. She thought I had cellulitis, gave me a shot of antibiotic and a script. The next day I had to go to the emergency room and that doctor said I had a severe allergic reaction to whatever stung or bit me. There I got a shot of steroids, a z pac and a script for a different antibiotic. I would have preferred to get the problem taken care of in the visit at Fast Track
