I reported to TGH Urgent Care with a puncture like wound in my hand. It was gushing without constant dressing pressure and I was in pain. My wife offered to fill out any paperwork but the front desk receptionist helped my family but gathering any required information from me. The wait time was horrible. One nurse practitioner for all patients. The receptionists were pleasant and the ARNP was pleasant.
