The staff was great and very helpful but the system they use didn't work correctly on verifying my DOT COC and it's holding me back on starting my job. But I will say, Sandra did my drug screening was amazing and Liz the doctor was also amazing. You guys did make this an amazing first experience with a DOT physical.

My husband and I both had appointments but still had to wait. He waited 30 minutes in the exam room and I waited about half that. We both had good experiences. Correct diagnoses. The lady who checked me in was a bit gruff, but when I checked out she was very nice!
