This was a terrible experience. When we arrived I asked how much the visit would be, and was told $131. When we left the clinic I paid the $131. A week later, we received a bill with extra charges stating “removal of impacted Cerumen” they didn’t remove anything!!!!! When I called to inquire, The very rude receptionist said that “they didn’t have to remove anything this was just the code they chose to use”. Staff was Fantastic
Doctor and tech were great. But had to call corp. to get x-rays to take to surgeon. still had to go to office of Gandy twice to get them. Receptionist Yoanma could not be bothered with patient needs. But after getting past her service was great and fast.
