Ultimately, I received the desired treatment, so mission accomplished. Waiting 50 minutes AFTER triage was excessive and should have been handled differently. Daniel was a good provider.
The location was convenient. There was no one in front of me and I was seen relatively quickly. The PA and nurse were attentive. Good visit.
Clean clinic; did not have to wait; Front desk, triage, and PA all knew what they were doing.
Service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. However wait time was horrible. It's an urgent care facility. I felt like I was in an emergency room having to wait a long time. I already didn't feel good. Then I have to fill all this info out and still wait over an hour. Wtf?
Dr was very professional and listened to your concerns.
A good experience. Was treated with courtesy and understanding. Had trouble trying to pre-register for an appointment so just showed up. Luckly it was early in the morning so I did not have to wait long to be seen. Over all a good experience.
Doctor treated the wound and explained in detail what we needed to followup with.
Despite a rather packed lobby and only a couple of providers, my what time was reasonable. I was a walk-in so I expected some wait. Staff was polite and professional and I received the care that I needed.
