Even though the wait was long, the receptionist was friendly. The nurse and nurse practitioner to all the time we needed to answer our questions. I never felt like we were bothering them but asking a lot of questions
I had a terrible experience. I had an appointment for my 3 year old son to get covid testing. I made my appointment days in advance and it was scheduled at 12:15pm. I spoke with two people the day before to confirm my appt and to make sure I arrived on time with my paperwork completed, which I did. We waited for 3 1/2 hours to be seen. That is absolutely absurd. Wait was two hours which is unusual but lots of sick people. Doctor was very understanding and helpful.
