Staff on site was friendly and helpful, however it's been all downhill from here. Got a COVID test and was told (in writing and in person) that results would be delivered in 2-3 days, it has been 5 days with nothing. Mother got tested with me and already received results within specified timeframe. I have yet to receive any results, and any time I call I'm on hold. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Great experience once I got called back but I had to wait in the waiting room for an hour and a half and I had an appointment.

Great and quick service.
Very easy-in and out in no more than 10 minutes. Staff giving fast COVID test very nice and efficient. Got an appointment for less than 48 hours after I called, and it was Thanksgiving week.
Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and Drs were extremely pleasant and helpful.
