I made an appointment and still waited 3 hours. The visit with the NP was good, however the assistant that took my vitals kept saying her stethoscope wasn’t working properly and couldn’t get a good reading on my BP, but never came back to repeat with another stethoscope. Staff also should introduce themselves when greeting a patient.
Was long but understandable correct to help all of us. I found people around me made it easier to stay in line. At the end of the day the doctor who called me was wonderful and made sure I was tested. A few hours after testing a nurse called me with results and also gave me food advice. Thank all of you for the help you gave me. Keep safe
Made a traumatic experience easier
Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.
Everything was timely. But, do qualified nurses need a sonogram to find a vein. It was painful and took forever and is idiotic.
It was a long wait, but that was because there are so many people trying to get tested. The staff was very courteous and patient as so many of us had so many questions and concerns. I’m sure they must have repeated themselves quite often, but I saw them politely answer everyone’s questions, and they stayed open until every one of us was tested. They certainly brought calmness and reassurance during a very anxious time for so many patients.
Your staff is the best in the world! Very attending, and, soothing. I love all of you❤️❤️❤️
The staff At your St Pete/66th Street location are awesome! For the very long hours they put it and the amount of people they have to deal with, they kept a smile on their faces and could not have been nicer. Thank you!
I was taken care of in timely manner , I injured my knee was checked by Dr, fitted with a brace and Home rested and iced it . Good experience
