The only negative experience was having to arrive 2 1/2 hours before the office opens to get a place in line. It was hot and really miserable when you are sick. Otherwise the facility and staff was great!

I went for a Covid test. As tiring as it was to show up at 4am to ensure I got tested- the experience was still good. The front desk staff were very friendly. I also like the cleanliness of the building .

My daughter and I came in for covid testing, she had some symptoms and I’m high risk due to Pre existing condition and we have a high risk family member. TGH Staff were wonderful and professional and we appreciate them being there to help but the system for testing in this crisis is flawed. We had a choice to wait 5 days for a slot at a county test site or choose to line up for testing at Fast Track. We were told people were getting there as early as 4am.
